Renovation of a residential development in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Broome DDSOO is seeking a vendor to install a 45 KW generator and 400A service entrance rated automatic transfer switch. The successful bidder shall provide all materials and labor necessary to complete the work in a professional manner. All work shall be completed per the attached drawings and below scope of work. 1. Install a 400A service entrance rated automatic transfer switch and 45 KW generator, to supply a whole house transfer upon loss of normal utility power. 2. Relocate new generator and supply a pad for generator to sit on. 3. Provide and connect gas line to the generator, coordinate all work per the gas requirements with NYSEG. 4. 3 rd party inspection required for all electrical work. 5. All work is to be completed per the attached drawings and applicable Building and NEC codes, industry best standards, and manufacturer's instructions 6. Job will not be considered complete until the job is verified and accepted by Plant Superintendent of designated supervisor. 7. All work must be warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after completion of work. 8. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and for cleaning or repairing any part of the facility damaged during work.
