Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and bridge / tunnel.

As of June 14, 2024, this project is under construction and is anticipated to be completed in July. Plans call for installation of 4,000 new aluminum chair seats in the south and east grandstands, install a saftey bridge for people to cross, restroom updates, and a new picturesque entrance. Electrical and demo work will be included in this project. $324,241 for further development of Ogden Pioneer Stadium, home to the annual Ogden Pioneer Days Rodeo. More specifically, the money is to be used to help install new seating in the south grandstands and connect the south and east seating areas with a "safety bridge." Pioneer Stadium: Donated seating from Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City, home to the Utah Jazz, was placed in the north side of the stadium in 2018. Now, boosters’ according to the application for funds. The total project price tag is $4.13 million and the work is to be done before July 2020. The Ogden Pioneer Days Foundation, which requested the RAMP funds, is also seeking funding from other public and private sources. As of March 24, 2020 this project is conceptual.
