Sewer, infiltration, mitigation, repair Weber County Purchasing, on behalf of the Little Mountain Sewer Service Area (LMSA), invites your company to bid on providing Sewer Infiltration Repair Services. The project involves inspecting, cleaning, and repairing the sewer collection system to mitigate infiltration issues. LMSA serves West Weber, operating a three-cell aerated sewer lagoon system. The sewer lines, particularly at the manhole located on 9300 W and 900 S, have infiltration issues affecting performance. Inspections and cleaning occurred in July 2023, but some sections remain damaged and leaking. This project will address these issues. Scope of Work & Specifications: 1. Project Management and Coordination - Manage the project team and sub-contractors, control the schedule and budget, and report progress to the LMSA Board Manager. 2. Data Gathering and Preliminary Inspection - Review video inspections, perform field inspections, and provide a preliminary report with recommendations and estimated costs. 3. Sewer Infiltration Mitigation Tasks - Conduct air and vacuum testing, raise manholes as needed, and recommend mitigation methods. Questions shall be submitted through electronically. If a questions/answer changes the ITB, the change will be released in an addendum to the ITB. Do NOT contact the Agency, Division, Department, or other County officers or employees. The County will determine the low bidders based upon price(s) bid. Award will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest cost including delivery and any additional costs. The County reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders to the responsive, responsible bidders meeting specifications who bid the lowest overall cost to the County. Weber County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of the County.
