The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. The Township reserves the right to award any and/or all proposals. The Hinckley Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids. At no time shall the adjusted rates exceed those specified without prior approval by the Hinckley Township Trustees. The Township reserves the right to eliminate, increase or decrease the estimated quantities of any line item or to non-perform any lump sum item The Contractor shall be capable of adjusting to these demands and perform any additional work as directed by the Board of Trustees or their representative. The Contractor will be responsible for suppling all aggregate needed for the project.
