Bidding documents remain the property of the Engineer and must be returned in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of contract or rejection of bids. All refunds of deposits will be made only in accordance with the Plan Deposit Policy Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a nonrefundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents through Syracuse Blue Print Company, 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13210. Copies are not available for pickup at the Issuing Office. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
