Site work and new construction of a power facility in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

This project shall consist of constructing a greenfield 69/13.8kV substation. The HV Bus shall be insulated to 138kV standards (650kV BIL), however it shall be operated at 69kV. The construction shall be as indicated on the drawings and shall include, but is not limited to: Installation of 15/16.8/20/22.4/25/28 MVA 69/13.8 kV Transformer Installation of new 69kV SF6 gas circuit breaker Installation 69kV CVT's Installation of 13.8kV PT's & CT's Installation of 13.8kV Circuit Breaker Installation of 13.8kV Reclosers Installation of Oil Containment for the Transformer Installation of associated steel, foundations, jumpers, conduit, control cable, and grounding Installation of new Relay Panels in a new control building (control building provided by GRDA) Installation of new battery system and battery charger Installation of new cable trench Termination of cables at equipment and Relay Panels. Failure of a prospective Bidder to attend may impact GRDA's consideration and evaluation of that Bidder's Bid.
