Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This item shall consist of the cleaning, removal, supply and installation of hot asphalt joint seal material, using a pressure feed wand system, in all existing joints, cracks and redwood expansion joints on all streets and alleys within the project area, or as directed by the City. The requirements shall meet Item 713 (Class 3) in the Texas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction of Highways, Streets and Bridges. Construction and redwood expansion joints shall be sealed from back of curb to back of curb The City of Plano (hereinafter referred to as "City") requires improvements under this contract for the following: Removal and reconstruction of reinforced concrete pavement on residential streets, alleys and sidewalks, in the area within and around Jupiter Road, Parker Road, Spring Creek Parkway and E Park Boulevard.
