Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Holualoa, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project generally consists of removal/abandonment of the existing 6-inch cast iron force main, trenching and backfilling, construction of a new 8-inch PVC force main, fittings and appurtenances, connections to the existing Lanihau wastewater pump station and discharge manhole, rehabilitation of two brick manholes, pavement restoration, erosion and sediment control and temporary work zone traffic control in accordance with the plans and specifications. The conference is to provide bidders/offerors with an opportunity to ask questions about the contractual requirements and all technical aspects of the project. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. Attendance of the site visit is not a condition for submitting a bid, but is strongly encouraged.
