Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The Project consists of management and construction of a Parks maintenance facility and train shed. The work consists primarily of two phases: Design Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services. No Pre-Bid Conference Available The City of Largo intends to reconstruct Parks maintenance facility and train shed. This project will include the redesign and reconstruction of the Parks Administration/Operations Offices, Parks maintenance equipment and vehicle storage, as well as the construction of a new train shed storage facility for the Largo Central Railroad. The location of the project is at the southwestern end of Largo Central Park in an area of approximately 2.25 acres. The city has selected Bentley Architects & Engineers as the design firm for this project. Bentley Architects & Engineers has begun designing the new parks maintenance facility and train shed. It is forecasted to be approximately 20,000 square feet in size. The facility may consist of one or multiple structures on site.
