Site work and paving for a civil project in Oelwein, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The extent of the work consists of construction of PCC surfaced recreational trails at two locations within the City of Oelwein. Project will be bid as two divisions, with two contracts awarded. Division 1 is an approximate 450 trail just east of the aquatic center. Division 2 is an approximate 0.8-mile trail along 6th Street NW starting near 3rd Avenue NW, Great Western Avenue, through undeveloped property, and ending at the 4th Avenue NW and 2nd Street SW intersection.
