The Iowa DOT is seeking bids for: Easy Stop Guardrail Repair at 12.5 MM on Hwy 150 SB Side This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Insurance listing the Iowa DOT as additional insured will be required prior to the project starting. Question Deadline 12/23/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Questions Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Tanner Thomsen (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted to Tanner Thomsen in writing preferably through the site. (See the cut off period for question submissions). Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit. Contract Award It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity. Estimated date of completion: January 27, 2025 One contract will be awarded for all items.
