The South Jersey Transportation Authority ("SJTA") is seeking qualified design/build firms with experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) replacement and control systems integration to perform design and construction services for the improvements of the Atlantic City Brigantine Connector Tunnel control systems. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be of sufficient detail to allow the SJTA to evaluate the proposer's demonstrated experience, qualifications, financial capability, and work plans.
