Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Puyallup, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of replacing an existing 54 x 72 culvert on Meeker Creek at the 1000 Block of 11th St SW, with a new 16' span x 8' rise box culvert. The project also includes improvements to the roadway section, the streambed, the Puyallup Loop Trail, and other features. Also included is relocations or modifications to city utilities: storm, sewer, and water. The improvements for which bids will be received are described as follows: Project Description: This project provides for the replacement of an existing 72" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert running under 11th St SW in the 1000 Block, in Puyallup, with a fish passable concrete box culvert. Other project features include excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, utility relocations, bank stabilization, stream roughened channel, road paving, miscellaneous surface restoration, traffic control, and all other work.
