Bidders must submit with their bids a Bid Bond in the amount of Five (5%) percent of the maximum amount of bid payable without recourse to the Red River Authority of Texas from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within fourteen (14) days after notice of award of contract. The Red River Authority of Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids, to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept the Bid most advantageous to the Red River Authority of Texas.
