Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City is accepting quotes for providing and installation of new HVAC system at the Central FireStation, 310 Broadway Avenue, Hot Springs, AR. The following specifications described are the minimum requirements for the HVAC system. City reserves the right to review manufacturer's specifications and to choose the unit deemed to be in the city's best interest. Bidders are hereby advised that serviceability and functionality will be factors of award in addition to price Provide & install a 5 ton split system with gas furnace. Furnace should be minimum of 90% efficiency. A/C system should be minimum of 15 Seer. Line sets can be run down exterior of building but should be covered. All roof penetrations (if needed) must be done by certified roofer. This cost must be included in the successful bidder's price. Adding 6 to 8 supply ducts. Also will be relocating 6 to 8 supply ducts and return ducts. All permits, duct work, equipment, plumbing, electric, venting, and gas piping should be included in quote.
