Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kaysville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt replacement and storm drain infrastructure. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will be not be held at this time. An agenda with notes will be issued to contractors interested in the project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
