Renovation of a municipal facility in Kaysville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purposes of this RFB is to select a contractor for the replacement of 14 overhead garage doors. The existing doors are original to the building, 25+ years old and at the end of their useful life. Project includes the following but not limited to: removal and disposal of existing doors, tracks, door operators and any related hardware. Any electrical work that is needed is to be included as part of the project. Installation of new doors, tracks, door operators and any related hardware. Door color options to be supplied by the contractor and approved by the City, color options will be supplied after the award of contract. The City is desirous for replacement to be completed prior to June 1, 2023 or sooner. Q & A deadline: Dec 12, 2022 5:00:00 PM EST Contract duration: 90 days
