Kaysville City is seeking Architectural and Engineering services to design a significant addition to and renovation of the existing Kaysville City Municipal Operations Building. The growth of the city has created a need for additional office and storage space, primarily for the Parks and Recreation, Public Works, and Power Departments. The existing office building is not only insufficient in size to house the needed space for the needs of these three departments, but is dated and in need of updating to improve the functionality and efficiency of the space. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
