Site work for a civil project in Petaluma, California. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Waste Water Capital-funded project will replace 4 highcapacity 450-horsepower pumps and variable frequency drive units (VFD) at the Primary Influent Pump Stations (PIPS). Existing pumps were installed in 1999 and have required significant maintenance. This pump station is a critically important facility that conveys wastewater from most of the City to Ellis Creek for treatment. This project is included in the City of Petaluma's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 28, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated in FY 2023-2024.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
