The Village of Lancaster will receive separate, sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, plant, tools, equipment and specified materials, etc. for Village of Lancaster, Village Project No.: H-0522-400-105, Sanitary Sewer Corrective Action Plan Mini Systems 1 & 7, Village of Lancaster, New York. The Work consists of a single contract for the installation of 8-Inch, 10-inch, and12-Inch Cure-in-place Pipe Lining, 8-inch and 10-inch PVC Open Cut Sewer Pipe Replacement, 12-15" PVC storm sewer pipe, replacement of existing catch basins and existing sanitary sewer manholes with new precast concrete structures, waterproofing existing manholes, including appurtenant CCTV sewer inspection and restoration on various streets, throughout the Village of Lancaster. As evidence of their competency to perform the work, each Bidder shall submit with his Bid a statement of his qualifications and resources. Each Bid must contain evidence of Bidder's qualification to do business in the state where the Project is located or covenant to obtain such qualification prior to award of the Contract. Low Bidders may be asked to furnish additional data to demonstrate competency.
