Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Random Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of approximately 3,400 lineal feet of road reconstruction. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 6,110 cubic yards excavation common, 2,830 tons asphalt pavement, 8,850 tons base aggregate dense, 6,485 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter, 16,085 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 1,515 square yards concrete driveway, 3,485 lineal feet of watermain replacement, 2090 lineal feet of sanitary sewer replacement, 1,050 lineal feet of sanitary sewer relining, 1,965 lineal feet of storm sewer replacement, 841 lineal feet of marking pavement, and 4,550 square yards restoration. Prequalification Required: Y The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner. The project is located on Grand Avenue between Random Lake Road and Allen Street and on Spring Street between Western Avenue and 1st Street. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Random Lake, in the amount of no less than five percent (5%) nor more than ten percent (10%) of the bid.
