The base scope of work covers holes 4 - 18. Summary of work includes the installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls to accommodate phased construction on an active golf course. Specialized golf work to protect the existing active golf course while coordinating clearing, shaping, and reconstruction of golf playing surface across multiple acres of Los Alamos Golf Course. The work includes the renovation/realignment of teeing grounds (15 teeing grounds, 61 tees), partial reconstruction of nine greens (4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16 & 18), renovation/reconstruction of 16 sand bunkers with liner, replacement/realignment of select asphalt and gravel cart paths to new concrete paths to include sub base preparation on new and existing path routes, irrigation additions and modifications to align with the proposed course updates, two new pre-fabricated restrooms supplied and installed by Contractor per technical specifications, tree plantings and all demolition, removal of existing turf and infrastructure, site grading, drainage and specialized golf specific planting to include soil preparation, grassing of tees, greens, fairways and other golf playing surfaces to ensure proper preparation and successful grow-in to complete the project.Questions and interpretations of the bid shall be addressed to: Harold Anthony Strain Public Works Department 1000 Central Avenue, Suite 160 Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544 Phone Number: 505-662-8095 Email: harold.strain@lacnm.us
