Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Gallup, New Mexico. Working plans call for the construction of a 26,777-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

To plan out a new location for a regional center, including all clearances and studies, and then acquire the land needed. Second, to design the building, use, and internal furnishing and equipment including kitchen, recreation, and other facilities consistent with other modern Senior Centers in the State. The building will be 26,777 gross sq. ft. steel structure with metal stud framing and EIFS/metal panel exterior. The interior spaces include a lobby/reception area, multi-purpose gymnasium, kitchen, dining room with a 220 seat capacity, administration suite, billiards room, TV room, art & crafts room, fitness and exercise rooms, an a library/computer room. Exterior ares include gardens and outdoor eating patio. All facilities and features will be better fleshed and specifically identified once we complete the planning and design phase. Once construction funding is secured, the City will bid the project for construction following all applicable procurement regulations. The project will be designed by a registered professional architect and construction services procured through a sealed bid process. As of April 25, 2024, funding received from 2022 Bond vote. Per owner, they are working on going out to bid on this project in the next couple months.
