The Gallup-McKinley County School Board of Education (GMCS) is soliciting modular/prefabricated buildings and construction services to build a residential apartment complex of two hundred units. The District estimates that is currently has sufficient budget to purchase between 100 and 120 units immediately. Should funding permit, the contract shall include an option for an indefinite quantity contract for purchase, installation, and construction services, for additional modular units as described in this Scope of Work. Indefinite quantity products and services to be on an as needed basis with no promise or guarantee of purchase. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Material Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of New Mexico will be required of the successful bidder(s) prior to EACH project "Notice to Proceed" valued over twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Original copies of said bonds must be provided to the agency requesting the project and are to be filed with the agency's Procurement office. Notice of Award- TBD, April or May 2024 Question Deadline 03/20/2024 at 11:30 PM MT All questions concerning this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be submitted to the Procurement Manager, through the GMCS online eBidding platform Official responses to written questions will be through Amendment ONLY, which shall be posted on the GMCS Bonfire portal. The District reserves the right to automatically renew this agreement for an additional two (2) each, one (1) year periods. In no event will the term be extended past three (3) years in total.
