**As of June 12, 2020, this project has been awarded to Barclay Premier Utility Service LLC for $1,258,797.50 Installation of approximately 10,000 LF of 18-inch and 20-inch gravity sanitary sewer main by open cut and pipe bursting, including appurtenances. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. Bid bond shall be issued by a surety company licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance to do business in Texas and to issue said bond. The successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond upon the forms which are attached hereto in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price within 15 days after receipt of the Contract Documents The City of Brazoria reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bid
