Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an exterior refresh, mechanical and site upgrade at 6-18 Strauss drive as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of all windows and exterior doors, isolated patch retrofit of the building envelope, raingear replacement, mechanical HVAC upgrades and related electrical upgrades. Site renewal works including retrofit of existing walkways, patios and stairs, re-grading and landscaping, playground landing upgrade, tree removal/pruning, fence repairs, electrical and lighting upgrades to the site. Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
