Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals to remove and dispose existing air conditioning units, deliver and install new air conditioning units at 2A Water Treatment Plant for the Water and Wastewater Services. Goal Participation: This solicitation is reserved for Broward County certified Small Business Enterprises. Refer to the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements Section for additional information. Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by Item. Refer to Special Instructions for additional information. Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances in the amount of $8,000. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Request for Approved Equals: Vendors may submit for Broward County's consideration, a request to approve an equal product for a product/specification of this solicitation.
