Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of October 19, 2022, construction is complete. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) % of the amount of the Bid, must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Subcontractors and material suppliers submitting bids for the performance of Work for the project should address such bids to Core Construction and will enter into subcontract agreements with Core Construction as the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for the Owner. The Owner and the Construction Manager reserve their rights to accept or reject any bid (or combination of bids) and to waive any irregularities or omissions in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before subcontract awards. Bids for each individual subcontractor/ material supplier trade package are requested. Refer to Instructions to Bidders, for the complete list of all trade packages, as well as the required scope. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under multiple subcontracts with the Construction Manager based on bids received from pre-qualified tier 1 bidders. Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding laws. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents. All Tier 1 bidders must request invitation, receive, complete and submit a Pre-qualification Form prior to bid submission deadline.
