Scope of Work: Renovation of the ages 2-5 and ages 5-12 playground equipment and play area surfacing, recreating a sand play element, replacing or repairing concrete pathways in conformance with current ADA standards, surface renovation for all tennis courts, replacement of fence fabric at tennis courts, installation of site furnishings including post and net assembly for tennis, new benches, bleachers, drinking fountains, and other accessibility and site improvements. Required Contractors License(s): A California 'A' contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Specialty work may require a specialty contractor's license, held by Bidder or a listed subcontractor.
