The Almont Community Schools, 4701 Howland Rd, Almont, MI 48003 will receive proposals from qualified contractors for two(2) project areas located at the Orchard Primary School campus area. Said projects consist of crush and shaping the existing asphalt, asphalt paving, pavement base and subbase, and miscellaneous site grading at the Orchard Primary School building and the adjacent access drive located at 4664 KidderRoad, Almont, Michigan. The bid shall include separate "Lump Sum" bid amounts for each project area,a discounted amount if bothprojects are awarded to one bidder, and specific pay item cost for alternative materials. Almont Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all irregularities in Proposals. Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening. A 5% Bid Bond must accompany each bid submitted. Each bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit in addition to the Iran Business Relationship Affidavit. 100% Performance, labor and Material Bond will be required of the winning bidder.
