Renovation of a mixed-use development in Almont, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For an Emergency Alert System The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.127 disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the bidder, or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the school district or the Superintendent of the school district. The District will not consider a bid proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Bidders are required to submit with their Bid Proposal a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located or a certified/cashiers check in the amount of five (5) percent of the Base Bid amount(s). The district will not consider a bid proposal that does not include the required bid security. The Board of Education reserves the right to: reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part; waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process; accept bid alternates; and to award a contract in any manner deemed by the Board of Education, in its sole discretion, to be in their best interests.
