As of April 10, 2023, information regarding an award for this solicitation is not available. At this time, it is not known if an award has been made or when construction is anticipated to begin. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project will design and develop a park site of approximately ten acres. Park amenities could include among other things, multi-purpose sports courts, splash play area and restrooms. The project will also include an entrance road from West Church Avenue that loops the park. This road will include underground utilities and coordination with the appropriate agencies will be required. A temporary storm drainage basin will also be a requirement of the project. The successful firm will engage the local community in scoping meetings and develop detailed and accurate construction estimates. These estimates will allow for decisions to be made on those park amenities included, and possible construction phasing. All request for information (RFI) and questions regarding this project shall be in writing via email to the Project Manager identified in this RFQ. There is to be NO phone calls to the City for additional information or clarification. The City shall reply to questions or RFI’s that the City deem necessary for the preparation of the Consultant’s RFQ. Response to RFI’s and questions shall be posted on the City’s Bids-on-line.
