**The project was awarded to Furlong Excavating for $28,530.80.** Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Installation of 580 LF of 8" Sanitary Sewer (pipe provided by City), Sanitary Sewer Service ReConnection, Temporary By-Pass Pump and Piping & Temporary Surface Course. equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must b e p a i d o n t h i s project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. City of Centralia reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Centralia for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
