Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rawdon, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,500-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a 13,500-square-foot, two-story above grade library; for site work for a library; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a Multi-Functional Complex - Citizen's District. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new building to relocate the Alice-Quintal Municipal library and renovations to the Metcalfe community centre including repair of the building façade, upgrades of the interior and exterior entrance to this center to universal accessibility standards and development of a "green parking lot "The Citizen's Quarter" will be located at 3583 and 3597, rue Metcalfe, in Rawdon. The scope of the project also includes extensive landscaping and road infrastructure work. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name D/B - Design and Construction of a Skateboard Park - Quartier Du Citoyen. The owner has started a second phase of the construction program implementation and issued a RFT for proposals for design services that is now followed in the report Quartier du Citoyen - Phase II - Multifunctional Complex Construction. Construction is underway.
