Performance Period: 730 Continuous Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: Two thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) per Continuous Calendar Day Bidders are to include in their Lump Sum Bid Amount a total allowance in the amount of $419,700 A Bid Bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid The SCA has determined that the work under this solicitation involves HVAC, Plumbing and Gas Fitting and Electric Work. All proposed "Wicks" trade subcontractors must be prequalified by the SCA.
