Construction of a new Telecommunications Building including all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals for the installation of and ready to operate, but not limited to, the following major equipment and structures: Site Preparation and Soils Corrections Site Grading, Paving, and Utilities Site Fencing and Gates Building Foundations, Slabs, Mezzanine and Exterior Shell Interior Building Finishes Bridge Crane Support Structure Building Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Building and Site Lighting, Power, and Data Systems Rough-in for Security Camera and Card Reader Access Control Systems Emergency Backup Electrical Generator Additional Description: Work includes, but is not limited to, to the construction of site work, utilities, electrical/mechanical work associated with the building and site as well as start-up services, and associated appurtenances as specified and indicated on the drawings. The work shall be performed at 210 Truman Road, Pella, IA 50219. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Liquidated damages in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) consecutive per day will be assessed for each day that the work remains uncompleted after the completion periods indicated. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any and/or all technicalities and/or all irregularities.
