Final Clarifier Modifications and Dechlorination Upgrades at Hanover Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of a new dechlorination system and upgrades to existing secondary clarifiers. Equipment involved includes aboveground chemical storage tank, chemical pumping systems, clarifier sludge and scum removal mechanisms, scum wet well, associated piping, various electrical equipment including control panels, and all works necessary for a fully operating system. The work also includes construction, installation and commissioning of yard piping and electrical ducts and tie-ins to the existing and new structures. All questions will be answered in writing by 5 p.m. (local time) May 12, 2020.
