The work includes the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of a new air piping and fine bubble aeration system in the east plant aeration tank, concrete repairs and retrofits in east plant aeration tank, construction of new platforms (and demolition of existing platforms) on the east plant aeration tank. The work also includes construction, installation and commissioning of new primary clarifier longitudinal collector mechanism in the east plant primary clarifier and installation of one (1) conveyor screen in the existing conveyor screen channel.
