This Project is a Design/Build Contract for the design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of a new 3600 m3 elevated water storage tank. The Contract includes all site work, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work required to provide a fully operating facility. Electronic Plans, Specifications and Form of Tender may be obtained electronically from Ainley & Associates Limited by contacting Mr. Norman Sandberg. Tender questions are to be directed to Mr. Sandberg. A formal site visit will not be held. However, bidders are encouraged to visit the site on 7th Street at their convenience. All questions during tendering are to be directed to the Consulting Engineer.
