Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hanover, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction/renovation of a proposed 16,000 sq.ft conference centre. New interior construction to be steel studding, structural steel, concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, masonry block walls, and EPDM roof replacement. Minor site work and site drainage will be tendered with the building. Proposed site is located at Hanover Raceway Fairgrounds - 265 5th St., Hanover Ontario. When submitting the tender, the following will be required: - 10% Bid Bond or $100,000 certified cheque payable to Hanover Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society. - Agreement to bond 50% performance and 50% Labour & Material - List of qualified subtrades and list of similar projects. - Contractor's estimated time to complete the project, with projected start date. - Failure to provide any one of the above may result in the rejection of the tender.
