As of May 13, 2020, all trades have been let. Portland Community College ("PCC") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to construct a parking lot at PCC's Rock Creek Campus. The required bid documents and minimum specifications are in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) document. The ITB can be obtained from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) system. Due to the COVID 19 situation, including the closure of PCC campuses and offices, a PreBid Conference will not be held. In regards to this procurement opportunity, PCC has declared an emergency, in accordance with PCC Purchasing Rules PCC-47-0280, PCC-48-0200(1)(a), PCC-49-0150, and ORS 279B.080 279C.110(11), This precludes holding a PreBid conference, and holding an in-person public bid opening. Bids may be rejected for not complying with all prescribed public bidding procedures or for good cause on a finding by PCC that it is in the public interest to do so. PCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
