The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for pavement repair for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Agency will not conduct a Pre Bid Conference for this ITB Substantial Completion: September 15, 2020 Final Completion : September 30, 2020 Liquidated damages will apply to the Contract resulting from this ITB for failure to complete the project by the Substantial Completion Date, and for lane closures beyond the allowed limits Pursuant to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, the Contractor and all subcontractors are required to pay Prevailing Wage Rates for any contract valued at more than $50,000 To the extent practicable, ODOT will publish advance notice of the alternative public bid opening approach as a notification, or will directly notify bidders who have downloaded the procurement documents using other means available to the ODOT, or both. Only the name of each Bidder and the Bid amounts will be read at the Opening. It is optional for Bidders to attend the Opening. Award decisions will not be made at the Opening. ODOT reserves the right to reject any Bid that is unreadable.
