Site work and paving for a civil project in Manvel, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via https://bids.lja.com Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: detention pond / lake excavation, sheet pile bulkhead, water line, sanitary sewer and drainage facilities with alternate paving and appurtenances. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter Big Island Lake to Serve Pomona and Water R Construction: $1,748,941 Drainage Facilities with Northtex Construction: $2,756,022 Alternate Paving Principal Services: $2,411,304 Appurtenances to Serve Pomona Section Clerwater Utilities: $3,142,655
