Terra Estates Subdivision Utility Cleaning & Televising project in Manvel, TX for Brazoria County MUD No. 61. There is approximately 4,700 LF of sanitary sewer and 2,060 LF of storm sewer. Portions of the storm sewer are submerged and will require a 48" plug at the downstream manhole. A temporary water meter can be obtained from the City of Manvel. The utilities were installed in 2020. These bonds shall remain in effect until one (1) year after the latest of the date when final payment becomes due, when the Project is certified complete by Owner, Contractor and all applicable government entities having jurisdiction or until completion of the warranty period. All bonds signed by an agent must be accompanied by a certified copy of the agent's authority to act. Sureties must have a minimum Best's Key Rating of "B+". The person executing the bonds must be authorized by the surety company to execute the bonds on behalf of the company in the amount of the Contract Price and such authorization must be recorded in the files of the Texas Department of Insurance. The Contract shall not be in effect until such bonds have been provided by the Contractor and accepted by the Owner.
