Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Shawnee, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 672-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of January 12, 2021 the project is not yet awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work includes, Site work: Grade and prepare new site level for new modular. Excavate and pour new concrete perimeter wall. Pave and finish concrete as needed to comply with ADA requirements. Attach water, sewer, gas supply (propane) and electricity to new building. Remove all trash and refuse from site. Final grade site to allow for a smooth surface and drains away from modular. Grade shall be as such to allow to finish floor height of 30 to 36 inches. Compacted gravel parking lot. Fence around the the property. Modular: Furnish and install a new 12x64 modular classroom building per. Interior of building should consist of two classrooms with kitchenttes on each side. (Approximately 19 6X34 3). In between classrooms shall be two ADA compliant restrooms, a meeting room, storage room and a mud room that serves as the entrance for both classrooms. (See attached spec sheet). Provide Wyoming stamped modular building plans. Freight to site location. Set and anchor on concrete perimeter wall. Complete all interior and exterior trim with material to match building. Furnish and install aluminum exit steps out back doors and aluminum ADA ramp off of the front door. Skirt building with matching siding. (If applicable) Skirt framing shall consist of 2x4 treated plate with sill seal between plate and concrete foundation and frame members 16 on center with a 2x4 top plate. (frame members and top plate do not need to be of treated material. All work shall be typical to the trade and industry standard. Modular shall meet all local and State codes.
