Site work for a water / sewer project in Farson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, hauling and placing fill, raising a manhole cover, raising cleanouts, and seeding. (A certified check, cashier s check or bid bond made payable to Sweetwater County School District No. One in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute a signed contract and furnish the Performance Bond within 10 days after the Notice of Intent to Award the Contract.) Attention of the bidder is particularly called to the requirements in the Wyoming Statutes regarding preference for Wyoming products and the 5 percent preference shown to Wyoming contractors The District shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in bidding. Contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, after consideration is given to the conformity with specifications, the quality of the materials to be supplied, the suitability to the requirements of the project, the delivery terms and the past performance of the vendor.
