Project Description: This project will consist of removal of existing diversion structures, stream structure and stabilization work, installation of new diversion structure, and miscellaneous work. Little Sandy Fish Passage: Schiestler-Brady and Chambers Diversions, located along the Little Sandy River in Sweetwater & Sublette Counties. The Schiestler-Brady Diversion is located at 42.33614 N, - 109.25122 E. The Chambers Diversion is located at 42.26174 N, -109.30193 E. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 23, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 23, 2025, will not be addressed. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. May 7, 2025.
