The scope of work includes installation of a mid-block crosswalk on Bulldog Boulevard in front of Melbourne High School including ADA-compliant curb ramps, Type F curb and gutter, 6-foot concrete sidewalks, sidewalk removal, stormwater pipe installation, inlet construction, coring the side of an existing drainage structure, milling and resurfacing, overbuild, an RRFB installation (solar powered), signage, striping and pavement markings and minor utility relocations. The work includes furnishing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for constructing APOLLO SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS PH 2 All work is to be done in accordance to the plans and specifications This project is not funded by state or federal funds. The Contractor shall not subcontract more than 50% of the work based on the total contract price. Applicant may not utilize subcontractors for the role of project manager possess and maintain during the term of this Agreement one of the following licenses and/or certifications: 1. Florida Registered or Certified General Contractor 2. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 55 days after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders must include one original and one copy of their submitted bid.
