Site work for a water / sewer project in Clinton, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Standard Bid Bond Form or cashier's check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid (cashier's checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders following the acceptance of the bid). All bids must be received 24 hours prior to bid opening date. No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid time. Engineer of Record will be present during bid opening however invitations will be sent through zoom for those who would like to watch the opening. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Programs as described in the contract documents. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order 11246, as amended. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
