Site work and paving for a civil project in Clarkston, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
This project has been awarded as a joint venture design build. Construction work has commenced and is estimated to be completed toward the end of 2026. No further sub bid inquiries are being accepted. All trades have been awarded. The Project consists of reconstruction of the interstate system-to-system ramps at the I-285/I-20 East Interchange and addition of a combination of collector-distributor lanes and auxiliary lanes along I-20 east of the I-285/I-20 East Interchange. Along I-20, the Project begins east of Columbia Drive approximately 0.6 miles west of the I-285 overpass of I-20 and ends approximately 0.6 mile east of the Fairington Road overpass of I-20, for a total length of approximately 6.6 miles. Along I-285, the Project begins at the Columbia Drive overpass of I285 and ends at the Glenwood Road interchange with I-285, for a total length of approximately 2.8 miles. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
